CANCELLATION POLICY
- A 24-hour notice is required to cancel or reschedule appointments, or full charges will apply.
- You may cancel or reschedule your appointment, at no charge, at any time before 5:00 pm (local time) on the business day preceding your scheduled appointment day.
- A same-day cancellation will result in the full charge (before tax) of your booked treatment.
- A credit card will be required to rebook the next visit. This will not be immediately charged; rather, it will hold the reservation in the case of further late cancellation charges.

ARRIVAL TIME:
Please arrive 5-10 minutes earlier than your scheduled appointment time to complete any necessary paperwork and receive your fully scheduled massage session.
LATE ARRIVALS:
Late-arriving guests will be accepted during the allotted treatment times, with a 15–20-minute delay. However, treatment will end at regularly scheduled end-times. Treatments will not be extended due to being late for your appointment. Full session fee will still apply. Please note that a delay of greater than 20 minutes will be considered a no-show.
