Direct Billing Notice

We are pleased to offer direct billing for many insurance providers to make your visit as convenient as possible. However, please note that it is the client’s responsibility to be aware of their coverage details, including eligibility, limits, and remaining balances.

Due to confidentiality, we do not have access to the specifics of your insurance policy. In cases where direct billing is not possible or when payment cannot be assigned directly to our clinic, you will be required to cover the cost of your treatment at checkout. An insurance receipt will be provided so you may submit your claim for reimbursement.
