What are your main services?
We offer Massage Therapy, Acupuncture, and Physiotherapy treatments.
Are your service providers registered?
Yes, all our service providers are registered healthcare professionals.
Does private insurance cover your treatments?
Yes, our treatments are covered by most private insurance policies under the extended healthcare coverage.
Do you accept insurance as a way of payment for treatments?
Yes, when available, we direct bill to most insurance companies. Please look at our “Direct Billing” link for more details.
Does my insurance cover all the costs of the treatment?
Some policies cover 100% of the treatment cost, while other policies cover 80% or 70% of the cost. Your policy may also cover a fixed amount per treatment. Please contact your insurance company directly to inquire about the amount or percentage covered.
Do I need to pay out of pocket?
Yes, if the direct billing claim goes through, you will need to pay for the amount that your insurance policy does not cover.
What happens if the insurance claim does not go through, or the Direct billing system is unavailable at the time of my appointment?
You are responsible for paying out of pocket. We accept VISA, MasterCard, Amex, Debit, or Cash. You will be provided with an insurance receipt that you can send to the insurance company for reimbursement.
Where are you located?
We are located at 320 Dundas Street, Unit 2. Across from the Delta Armories Hotel. The closest intersection is Dundas and Wellington Rd.
Is there parking available?
We don’t have private parking. However, there is metered parking available on Dundas Street.
What is your cancellation policy?
We require a 24-hour notice for all appointment cancellations. We charge for all no-shows and late/same-day cancellations. The charge is equal to the full value of the appointment before tax.
What happens if I am late for my appointment?
Please be on time for your scheduled appointment. If you are running late, please let us know. You may still be able to receive treatment for the time left of your scheduled appointment.
Can I use my insurance to pay for my missed appointment?
No. We do not process insurance to pay for missed appointments. However, depending on your policy, you may qualify for reimbursement. Please contact your insurance company to inquire about no-show fee reimbursements.
Can I use my insurance to pay for the late cancellation fee?
No, we do not process cancellation fees through insurance. However, depending on your policy, you may qualify for reimbursement. Please contact your insurance company to inquire about reimbursements for late cancellation fees.
Can I cancel my appointment online?
No. Please call us or email us to cancel your appointment. Please note that we require 24-hour notice for all cancellations.
What is included in the appointment time?
Your massage appointment includes an interview with a therapist, dressing and undressing time, and treatment time.
